Delivery information

We deliver only to the United Kingdom. This excludes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

The following shipping rates apply:
From an order value of £50.00 and over we deliver free of charge.
For orders below £50,00, shipping costs of £3.95 will apply.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-5 working days, usually sooner. Our shipping partner is DPD. During busy trading times and events out of our control, delivery times may be longer. Of course, we will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

We do not charge any additional fees for payment by credit card, debit card or via PayPal.

Our shipping partner is DPD. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. DPD will contact you with information about your delivery via text or email.

Where the supply of your goods or services is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Returns 

If you are returning your item due to a fault or for a warranty repair, we will cover the cost of shipping for this.

If you are returning an unused item due to a change of mind, it is the customers responsibility to cover return postage costs.
